FLYING SITE AND OUR LOCATION

Our site, which we rent from a local farmer, is situated on the outskirts of the village of Kirby-le-Soken, near Frinton-on-Sea in Essex.

We fly seven days a week.
Flying times on Sunday are restricted to after 12 noon.
Free tuition is available with a buddy box for beginners; help and advice is given to get you started.
We have an agreement with local model shops who will give a 10% discount to club members.

We have put links on the main page to these model shops.

Most of us fly fixed wing aircraft but we do have some members with helicopters.

 
Jet flying is prohibited.

Directions From the A12 East Bound

Follow the signs for Clacton, Frinton and Walton onto the A120 at Ardleigh and follow the signs for Frinton and Walton. Take the left turn sign posted Kirby-le-soken. At the village turn left into Island Lane and our site is on the right.
